I thought id give it a bit of a twist for June. As normal you will see a TOTPs dance routine picture thats been given the artwork treatment, but whats this about maths ?
The BONUS questions for June will be given in the form of a maths sum that in some way refer to the routine pic. Before you run for the hills, the maths sum will not be to difficult, but you will need the use of your computer calculator. The amended rules for June's pic quiz are below. Please read them. When will this begin ? This will commence June 1st. Each picture will be posted in the evenings only, usually around 7pm. What will you see onscreen ? One main picture thats had picture effects/editing made to it and one BONUS question. Each month the style of picture effects will change. Whats the object of the quiz. To be either the first to correctly identify the routine or be the first to correctly answer from the BONUS question. Players are only allowed to submit one answer per evening (whether that answer is correct or not). Players are not allowed to answer both the picture and bonus question. Players are not allowed to edit posts. Players are not allowed to delete posts. If i see editing or deletions, then a 3 point penalty will be incurred. Rules regarding the mystery picture. The first player to correctly identify the picture will earn `two` points. Most of these pics will be quite easy to solve. If the pic is still unsolved 2 hours after ive posted it, i will superimpose the year the dance routine was performed onto the picture. I will not post to say ive done this, so you will have to scroll back. If you successfully answer then you will have to serve a one hour suspension the following evening. This is purely to try to give others a chance and spread the points around a bit. If you answer successfully or unsuccessfully, but someone has beaten you to it, you ARE NOT suspended next evening. All pictures are taken in the first ten seconds of the dance routine. All the routines will be from TOTPs, none from other shows. Each dance routine used will be from alternate odds and even years. So for example, it may go 1978, 1981, 1976, 1973. No even or odd years will follow each other. Rules regarding the BONUS maths question. The bonus maths question will relate to the dance routine picture. It will be nothing to complicated and your answer must consist of the total of the sum only. There are two options available on this. Players can go for the 3 point answer or the 1 point answer. Rules regarding the 3 point BONUS maths question. To earn three points, you need to be totally sure you are going to be correct, as if you are incorrect, then that player will have to serve a suspension for the whole of the following evening. If someone posts any answer to the picture, be it right or wrong, this three point option is then nullified. If someone posts any incorrect answer to the BONUS then the three point option is nullified. Only a single correct answer submitted before an attempt at the picture can qualify for 3 points. So to earn the three points, your answer must be correct and no answer has been given by anyone else for the picture. If you successfully answer the 3 point BONUS, then you will have to serve a one hour suspension for the next evening. Rules regarding the 1 point BONUS question. The one point bonus question answer comes in to effect once someone has had a go at solving the picture (whether that answer is right or wrong). Players will not be suspended for giving wrong answers for the one point BONUS answer. However, if a player is correct with a one point answer, then he will have to serve a one hour suspension the following evening. Penalty points. Any infringement of the rules above will incur a penalty. The worst a player can do is name both answers in one post. A 6 point penalty will happen if that unfortunate occurrence takes place ! If you answer whilst on suspension, then you will be docked 2 points. This comes into effect from 7th June. I will update the scoreboard when i see two correct answers. So to recap, each evening two players can earn either 1, 2 or 3 points. The above rules look at first glance to be quite convoluted. Please take time to study them. Once the quiz gets under way all will become clear.

This is the 2nd round from yesterday that has been delayed until today because of my unavailability due to attending Kal. The 3rd round will be this evening as normal. The two people who answer correctly this afternoon will be up for suspension for the evening round later.
BONUS maths question Take the year the routine was performed, then subtract the total amount of dancers who appeared in the routine from that, then double that total. Whats the sum total ? Or name the routine ?
